Guarantees

We guarantee all freight will arrive undamaged, if you receive damaged goods refuse to sign for or except the freight and contact the pet Company immediately.  We will arrange to promptly resend the item and organise a return of the damaged goods. We agree to pay freight on any returned items.

 Any glass or fragile items must be reported at the time of delivery or the warranty will be void, receivers must notify our office immediately of any broken glass of fragile items so the courier may return the item and site the broken objects only under these terms will the guarantee to be valid.

Coral and live rock DOA (Dead on arrival) claims are only warrant if we are notified within 3 hours of the delivery, no DOA claims will be permitted if the livestock is left at a site and not signed for by a receiver. A photo of the dead coral must be sent to receive a refund or replacment of the livestock that died. We will contact you by email to arrange a suitable time for delivery to ensure someone is availabel to sign for and receive the stock.
